John Rosen became Area Director for AJC in New Jersey in January 2012 after having served for five years as NJ Region Development Director. John has over 20 years of experience as a professional within the Jewish community. From 1998 to 2004 he served as Director of Development for the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism and, prior to that, as Campaign Director for the Jewish Federation of Greater Middlesex County, New Jersey and the Jewish Federation of Nashville and Middle Tennessee. He began his career in fundraising as a Campaign Associate at the Combined Jewish Philanthropies of Greater Boston. John can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Allison Sachs Klein is the Assistant Director for Development, overseeing AJC’s fundraising efforts throughout NJ. Allison joins AJC from the World Union for Progressive Judaism where she served as a Development Officer. Prior to that, she was a Development Associate with the ACLU of Maryland and before that worked with the Jewish Education Service of North America. Allison can be reached at email@example.com.
Amy Hollander is the Assistant Director of Outreach and Communications for AJC New Jersey. She brings to the table twenty years of experience in the non-profit world. She served the last ten years as a Museum Director first for the Readington Museums and later for the Red Mill Museum Village, providing her with a strong background in mission-based strategic planning, programming, communications and outreach—all of which she plans to put to good use for AJC New Jersey. Ilana Greenbaum is the Assistant Director of Programming. Ilana joins AJC after spending six years with the American Society for Yad Vashem as the Education and Event Coordinator. She worked extensively with classroom teachers and informal educators to create awareness of Holocaust Education. She was also heavily involved in the creation and implementation of ASYV’s Young Leadership programming. Ilana holds a Master’s Degree in Holocaust and Genocide Studies from Stockton College and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Brandeis University.Ilana can be reached at email@example.com.
Michelle Pincus is the AJC New Jersey Office Manager. She received her Bachelor's degree in English from Florida International University in Miami, Florida where she was born and raised. After moving to NYC with her husband Alan, she earned her Master's degree in Publishing from Pace University. Michelle has a plethora of experience in marketing, publishing and writing.
